Q: Do The Avett Brothers NYE packages have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age to actually attend the concert. However, all persons must be 21+ to purchase and check into the hotel for the travel packages. Persons under the age of 21 years may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 21 years of age to check in. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: Can I choose whether I get a GA Pit ticket or a seat in the first 10 rows?
A: Upon purchase, you will choose either to watch the show from a reserved seat or from the general admission standing room only pit. Your ticket grants you access to the section you purchased, and is not exchangeable with any other section of the venue.
Q: Can I acquire Accessible Seating as part of a VIP program?
A: Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies and/or the type of event taking place. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of a VIP program, please reach out to us at email@example.com or 888-805-8930 immediately after purchase. We will walk you through any available options.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: During the purchase process, you will have the option of choosing to have your tickets shipped to you before the show or picked up at Will Call. If you choose to have your tickets shipped to you, you will still need to check in with us at the event to ensure you get to take advantage of all the perks that come with your package! All travel package purchasers will pick their tickets up at the hotel upon checking in with our team.
Q: Where will I receive my merchandise gifts?
A: We will have a separate check-in for you at the venue or hotel on the day of the show. This is where you will pick up your merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational email with all of the event details including the times and locations for all VIP activities. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?
A: All guests can check into their room beginning at 3pm each day and must be checked out at the end of their stay by 12pm.
Q: Is VIP parking at the venue included?
A: Parking is not included. Please refer to the venue for more info regarding parking.
Q: Is parking at the hotel included?
A: Complimentary parking is available at the hotel for self-parking and valet parking is $14 per day. Our complimentary shuttle transportation is available to and from the venue. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including the times and locations for the shuttle services.
Q: Is there a secure space that I can leave my VIP merchandise during the show?
A: While storage space may not be available to us on-site, you will have an opportunity to return to your car or hotel to store your VIP merchandise prior to entering the show for the evening.
Q: Can I bring my own camera?
A: Yes! You will be allowed to bring a standard point-and-shoot camera. All camera phones are acceptable, however, cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How can they check-in and get their tickets and merchandise?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets, merchandise and VIP credentials. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Please see our purchase policy for more detail.
Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: There is not a payment plan for the VIP package but a payment plan is available for the travel package! An initial 60% deposit is needed to reserve your travel package and the final payment will be automatically charged on 11/15/17 to the same card used for the deposit.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
