Q: Do the Player Championship Travel Packages have a minimum age?
A: This tournament does not have a minimum age to attend! However, please be aware that all persons must be 18+ to book a travel package and check into the hotel. Persons under the age of 18 may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 18 years of age to check in and must present valid photo identification. Of course, any alcoholic beverages are for patrons that are 21 years or older.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: A CID Entertainment Representative will be in the main lobby of the hotel to assist you. Here you can check-in and pick up your tickets and merchandise for a weekend of fun! Please bring your receipt, picture ID, and credit card. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront?
A: Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out at the end of their stay by 12pm. Express check-in and check-out is available upon request but please contact your reserved hotel to arrange those accommodations.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is not included in this package but valet parking is available for an additional fee. However, our complimentary shuttle transportation is available to and from the tournament. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the shuttle services.
Q: When will the tee times be posted?
A: Tee times are typically posted the day before the tournament begins. The official groupings and starting times are posted at the tournament site.
Q: The people attending the tournament with me may be arriving late. How can they check-in to the hotel and get their tickets and merchandise?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets and merchandise upon check-in at the hotel. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone arrive at the hotel all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to the tournament.
Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: Yes! An initial 60% deposit is needed to reserve your package and the final payment will be automatically charged on 3/28/14 to the same card used for the deposit.
