Tortuga Music Festival VIP & Travel Package FAQs
Q: Do the Tortuga Travel Packages have a minimum age?
A: Tortuga is open to people of all ages! In fact, all kids 10 and under get in free! This policy applies to all VIP programs. However, when purchasing a travel package, all persons must be at least 21 years of age to check into the hotel. Persons under the age of 21 years may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 21 years of age to check in and must present valid photo identification.
Q: Do these travel packages come with festival-access?
A: Yes! All travel packages come with either 2 or 4 GA, VIP, or Super VIP Tickets
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: CID Entertainment representatives will be in the main lobby of the hotel to assist you. Here you can check-in and pick up your tickets for a weekend of fun! Please bring your receipt, picture ID, and credit card. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa?
A: Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 11am. Express check-in and check-out is available upon request but please call the Marriott to arrange those accommodations. You can reach them at 1-954-525-4000
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is not included in this package. Valet parking is available for an additional fee for all hotel guests.
Q: How far is the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa from the festival?
A: The hotel is just about a half mile away from all of the fun and music!
Q: Where can I find parking at the festival?
A: There is no parking at the festival, so we encourage everyone to take a water taxi or shuttle to the festival. More info and pricing will be available soon. Sign up for the Tortuga newsletter to be the first to find out about different available options!
Q: As a VIP/Super VIP guest, how will I be able to find all the amazing VIP/Super VIP amenities and services throughout the festival?
A: Check out the Tortuga website for more festival information and details! Additionally, as it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an e-mail with all important event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP/Super VIP activities.
Q; As a VIP, will I have access to all GA areas?
A: Yes! You will be able to access any area of the festival that General Admission guests are permitted to access.
Q: How will I receive my festival passes?
A: This depends on whether you are a travel package guest, or a VIP/SVIP/Admiral Guest. For travel packages, the original purchaser will pick up entrance wristbands and merchandise for ALL guests in the party upon check-in at the hotel. VIP guests will have the option to have wristbands shipped prior to the event or have them waiting at will call.
Q: I purchased a travel package for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to the festival.
Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: Yes, there are payment plans for all travel packages! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing your package and the final payment invoice will be sent to you via email by TicketFly during the first week of February. You will need to re-enter your credit card information for the final charge and to purchase your tickets.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
