Q: Do the Christmas Jam VIP Packages have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age to actually attend the concert. However, all persons must be 18+ to purchase a travel package and check into the hotel. Persons under the age of 18 years may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 18 years of age to check in. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: All VIP and travel packages guest will check-in and receive their tickets at the Renaissance Hotel. We will have a separate VIP check-in area at the hotel where you will pick up your tickets and VIP merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational email with all of the event details including the times and locations for all VIP activities. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: Is there a reserved viewing area for the Pre-Jam Show?
A: Since this show is highly exclusive, there is not a reserved viewing area.There will be the exclusive viewing area for the main show on the 12th.
Q: What time is early entry?
A: The exact time for early entry will be provided in the informational email. Please keep an eye out for that email as it gets closer to the event.
Q: How far is the hotel from the venues?
A: The hotel is just about 0.7 miles from the Orange Peel. It is a short 15 minute walk or a quick 5 minute drive. The hotel is even closer to the US Cellular Center. It is only a half mile away so you can easily walk over in 10 minutes or take a 2 minute drive.
Q: I purchased a travel package, what time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?
A: All guests can check into their room beginning at 4pm each day and must be checked out at the end of their stay by 11am. Please note that all VIP travel package guests will also need to stop by our separate VIP check-in area in the hotel to pick-up all tickets and VIP merchandise.
Q: I purchased a travel package, is VIP parking included at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is free for all guests staying overnight!
Q: I purchased a VIP package, is VIP parking included at the hotel?
A: If you are not staying overnight at the hotel, we cannot guarantee parking at the Renaissance Hotel. VIP guests are welcome to park in the hotel lot briefly while they check-in and pick up their credentials and merchandise but parking will not be provided during the show. Q: Is there a secure space that I can leave my VIP merchandise during the show?
A: There will not be additional storage on-site but VIP check-in will be early enough for guests to receive their merch and take it back to their hotel room/car before the event.
Q: Can I bring my own camera?
A: You will be allowed to bring a standard point-and-shoot camera. All camera phones are acceptable, however, cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted into the shows. We do ask for all personal cameras to be put away during the photo opportunity because we will have a professional photographer available.
Q: Will Warren Haynes be able to sign autographs?
A: Warren will not be able to sign autographs.
Q: What are the Christmas Jam By Day events?
A: There will be many “Xmas Jam By Day” events including daytime concerts and special events known as “Before The Jam Lend A Hand,” where volunteers can help build the houses made possible by Christmas Jam donations. Q: The people attending the shows with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets, merchandise and VIP credentials. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or email@example.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
