Q: How will I receive my VIP tickets and merchandise?
A: All tickets will be held at will-call. We will have a separate VIP check-in area at the venue where you will pick up your tickets and merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with all of the event details including times and locations for check-in. Please be sure to bring a valid photo identification.
Q: What are the hours of the Superpipe Control Tower?
A: The control tower will be open the whole time the events are going on at the X Games!
Q: Will the VIP viewing areas and viewing corrals be heated or covered?
A: The only climate control viewing area is the Superpipe Control Tower. All other viewing areas will not have coverage or heating.
Q: Can I bring a camera?
A: You will be allowed to bring a standard point-and-shoot camera. All camera phones are acceptable, however, professional cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.
Q: What type of entertainment will be in the industry lounge?
A: There will be various video and arcade games, pinball, and TV’s with live feeds of the events.
Q: Can I meet and get autographs from the competitors?
A: There will be some organized sponsored autograph sessions. On top of that all guests and competitors will share areas in the lounges. You may bump into some competitors throughout your experience!
Q: What time of alcohol will be served in the lounges?
A: Both beer and wine will be served in the lounges.
Q: What are the music events at Buttermilk?
A: This year Chromeo, Skrillex, Snoop Dogg, and Wiz Khalifa will all be playing.
Q: Is the entire experience handicapped accessible?
A: The Industry Lounge will be handicapped accessible, however the Superpipe Control Tower will not be accessible. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Guest Services team at (888) 805-8930
Q: Will you watch my things for me?
A: There will be a CID concierge table available to check your things with. There will also be a coat check in the Superpipe Control Tower.
Q: How soon do I have to use my lift tickets?
A: Lift tickets will expire at the end of the 2015 ski season.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to the festival.
Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: Payment plans are not available for these travel packages.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: Ticket packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms of Use for complete details.
Q: Am I going to have an amazing time?
A: ABSOLUTELY!
