The “Come People” Meet & Greet VIP Experience
Q: Does this package have a minimum age?
A: The age policy for the event varies with each venue. Please refer to the venue age restrictions for each city.
Q: Can I choose where my seat is for the show?
A: All of the “Come People” Meet & Greet VIP Experience packages include (1) General Admission ticket.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: We will have a separate VIP check-in for you on the day of the show. This is where you will pick up your tickets, VIP credentials and any additional merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational email with all of the event details including the times and locations for all VIP activities. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: Parking is not included. Please refer to the venue for more info regarding parking.
Q: When can I check in as a VIP guest?
A: Generally check-in opens about 2 hours before the main show. More specific times will be announced in the informational email we will send to you about a week before the event.
Q: Is there a secure space that I can leave my VIP merchandise during the show?
A: Once you check-in and receive all appropriate merchandise, you will have the opportunity to bring items back to your car before entering the concert venue.
Q: Can I get an autograph and solo picture with Xavier Rudd during the Meet & Greet?
A: There is no guarantee that Xavier Rudd will be able to sign autographs due to time constraints. You will most likely be able to take an individual photo with Xavier Rudd, or you will be organized by the group that you came with.
Q: Do I need to bring my own camera for the photo opportunity?
A: Guests attending the shows in Santa Cruz, CA on 10/9 and Dallas, TX on 10/15 will need to bring their own personal cameras (standard point-and-shoot cameras or camera phones are permitted – cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted). For all other tour dates, we will provide a camera to take guests’ photos.
Q: Will the Meet & Greet and photo opportunity overlap with the opener?
A: Nope! The Meet & Greet / photo opportunity will not overlap with the opener.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets and merchandise at check-in. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their tickets on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to show date.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
