Q: Do any of the packages have a minimum age?
A: The age policy for the event varies with each venue. Please refer to the venue age restrictions for each city.
Q: Can I choose whether I get a General Admission Pit ticket or a Premium Reserved ticket?
A: Yes. You can narrow down your ticket search during the ticket selection process as long as both are options available.
Q: What is a Premium Reserved Ticket?
A: The Premium Reserved seats will be located in the lower bowl sections, typically in the “wings” where you are closest to Zedd and all the action!
Q: Will there be seating within the “Into the Fire” reserved viewing area?
A: There will not be seating in the reserved viewing area. The location of the viewing area will vary from venue to venue, but will be situated on the GA floor.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets and merchandise?
A: We will have a separate VIP check-in for you on the day of the show. This is where you will pick up your tickets, VIP credentials and any additional merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational email with all of the event details including the times and locations for all VIP activities. Please be sure to provide a valid email address and phone number when purchasing, and to bring a valid photo identification to VIP check-in.
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: Parking is only included with the “Into the Fire” VIP packages. Please refer to the venue website for parking information if you have purchased one of the other package options.
Q: Is there a secure space that I can leave my VIP merchandise during the show?
A: We will have a coat/bag check where you will be able to check your merchandise. You may also be able to bring your merchandise back to your car depending on the location.
Q: Can I bring my own camera to the Pre-Show Party?
A: Yes! You will be allowed to bring a standard point-and-shoot camera. All camera phones are acceptable, however, cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.
Q: Are there any photo or autograph opportunities with Zedd during the pre-show party?
A: This package does not include a meet & greet and there will not be an opportunity for personal photos with Zedd or autographs. The “Into the Fire” and “Addicted to Memory” VIP packages include a pre-signed tour poster.
Q: Can I upgrade to a VIP package if I already purchased a regular ticket?
A: VIP upgrades are not available at this time.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets,merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will need to distribute everyone’s tickets accordingly after receiving them from us at will call. The original purchaser must be present at the time of our VIP check-in to pick up all VIP credentials and merchandise. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their tickets on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to show date.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: Ticket packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms of Use for complete details.
Q: Am I going to have an amazing time?
